I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years.  We have two amazing children and live in Des Moines, Iowa.

The reason I created this blog is that I love to journal and I love to study God’s word. My intention for the blog is to use it as a way to share what I am learning and to hopefully inspire others to study their Bibles.

My hobbies include everything from photography, scrapbooking, journaling and reading to painting, singing, and being a Facebook junkie.
